What we collect
When you request a pilot we store the email address you enter, the page you submitted from, the referring URL, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. That is all. We do not ask for a name, a phone number, or any company data at this stage.
Why we collect it
To reply to your pilot request and to understand which channels bring in the teams we can help. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
In a managed PostgreSQL database provided by Neon, reachable only by our server. The website is hosted on Vercel. If internal notifications are enabled, a copy of your email address is delivered to us through Resend.
Analytics
When product analytics is enabled we record anonymous page views and a small set of interaction events, such as opening an FAQ item or submitting the form. Session recording and automatic click capture are switched off.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the pilot programme closes and the record is no longer useful.
